This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
VISA
A visa is required for Turkish citizens.
Ordinary Passport: Visa Required
Green Passport: Visa Required
Service Passport: Visa Required
*Guests holding a valid United Kingdom visa/eVisa are not subject to an additional 6-month passport validity requirement; it is sufficient that the passport remains valid for the entire duration of the planned trip.
*Guests applying for a United Kingdom visa must possess a passport with at least 6 months of validity.
In destinations requiring a visa, the application must be made using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency. Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged must be renewed before travel to avoid issues at the destination country's border crossings. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger.
As of July 1, 2026, successful (positively resolved) new United Kingdom visa applications use the eVisa (digital visa) system instead of the physical visa label (vignette). Guests whose visas have been approved must log in to their UKVI accounts before travel to check their eVisa details and ensure their current passport intended for travel is correctly registered in their UKVI accounts.
*It is recommended that guests holding an eVisa create a current Share Code before travel. The Share Code is valid for 90 days and can be used to verify digital visa status if requested by the airline or relevant authorities. Guests must carry their current passports registered in their UKVI accounts during travel.
*For guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent, authorities at entry/exit points may request a document showing joint parental consent; therefore, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents prepare the necessary documents before travel.
*The possession of a valid passport and/or having obtained the required visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The final decision on entry rests with the United Kingdom border authorities. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for decisions made by border authorities.
HEALTH
Sunscreen, lip balm, and any daily medications you must take are recommended to be carried with you.

*Optional tours and activities or boat trips, etc., are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people and are not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.
*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route while keeping the content unchanged when deemed necessary.
*Tours or visits that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities or other causes will not be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or visits.
ACCOMMODATION
*During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.
*Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are considered to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
*Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts included in the services of the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
*In case of unavoidable disruptions, technical issues reported to us by hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the hotel category remains the same.
FOOD CULTURE:
"British cuisine is one of Europe's most authentic culinary cultures, characterized by deep-rooted traditions and recipes passed down from generation to generation. With traditional flavors enjoyed even in summer months such as Fish & Chips, Scottish Salmon, Scotch Eggs, Cornish Pasty, and Summer Pudding, it offers visitors both a light and authentic gastronomic experience."
CURRENCY
The currency used in England and Wales is the British Pound Sterling (GBP/£). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it is recommended to carry some cash for small expenses..
TIME ZONE
The United Kingdom is 3 hours behind Turkey throughout the tour dates. For example, when it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 09:00 in the United Kingdom.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
For Autumn and Winter Period:
We recommend wearing clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm during autumn and winter months. We also advise bringing comfortable walking shoes, personal care products, a camera, video camera, chargers for these devices, spare memory cards, and portable power banks.
IMPORTANT NOTES
*Possession of a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. Border police have the authority to deny you entry. Varivas Tur is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
*Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting up to 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
*Including other tours specified in the program, our agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct tours if they are prohibited by local authorities on the scheduled day/time, or if weather conditions or closed roads make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
ABOUT AIR TICKETS & FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, our agency will share flight times and reservation number information. Due to group reservations, you can complete your check-in procedures at the specified time and counter with just your passport, even without a ticket.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport number, and ID number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.
*Our agency is not responsible for any losses incurred due to payments made to hotels and airlines if you fail to participate because you arrived late for the flight or were unable to catch the flight due to your own reasons.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. If the number of participants joining the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be communicated to the consumer 7 days in advance. Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands.

*Passengers are required to wear seatbelts during the journey. For passengers aged 0-4, the use of a "child car seat" is mandatory. Our agency cannot be held responsible for traffic fines or penalties imposed if rules are not followed.
*Even if vehicle seat numbers purchased for the countries to be visited remain the same, direction, location, or position may vary. Seating arrangements are made according to the vehicle conditions of the current country.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service regardless of model and age, provided they are comfortable and flawless.
*Our buses generally have charging sockets; however, there may be variations in equipment across different vehicles. Therefore, we recommend carrying a power bank with you.

The travel health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Guests over 65 years old must arrange their insurance upon payment of a premium. We strongly recommend that you always obtain travel and health insurance for every trip to ensure your protection.
*However, it should be noted that this insurance does not cover cancellations without cause or condition. Cancellations are covered only in cases of force majeure, non-chronic sudden illnesses, accidents, or in the event of adverse circumstances affecting first-degree relatives, provided that reports are submitted to the relevant insurance company and evaluated.
