How do I make a reservation?

You can complete your reservation in a few minutes by clicking the "Book Now" button on the tour page, selecting the date and number of participants. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For our standard tours, full refund is provided for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour date. Later cancellations are subject to a partial fee; details are specified in the policy section on each tour page.

What is included in the tour prices?

Our tour prices include professional guidance, transportation, museum entrance fees and lunch. Drinks and personal expenses are not included. Inclusions and exclusions are listed in detail on each tour's detail page.

Does the hot air balloon tour depend on weather conditions?

Yes, hot air balloon tours depend on weather conditions for safety reasons. In case of adverse weather, the tour is cancelled and your fee is fully refunded or rescheduled to another date free of charge.

Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?

We provide free pickup and drop-off from hotels in the central area. An additional fee may apply for locations outside the area. Simply share your accommodation details during booking.
