PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a participation requirement of at least 20 people . If sufficient participation is not reached, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at the country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.
TOURS & OPTIONAL TOURS AND ACTIVITIES
*All City and Cultural Tours written in the program are included in the price.
*Optional tours and activities or boat trips, etc. are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, the trips may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums, historical sites or venues at the destinations are open/closed and according to weather conditions
*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any reason by local authorities or due to different reasons are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out such trips or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
*During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances.
*Triple rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children.
*Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
*In case of possible disruptions arising from technical issues reported to us by the hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the hotels' names provided that their category remains the same.
CURRENCY
The currency of England is the British Sterling. Credit Cards are valid, but it is recommended that you still carry small amounts of cash with you for small expenses.
TIME ZONE
England is 2 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time.
For example, when it is 12:00 in Turkey in summer, it will be 10:00 in England.

The weather during these dates will generally be windy and snowy from time to time, and rainy in some places.

IMPORTANT NOTES
*Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. The Agency is not responsible for this, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*The Agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delays or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children between 0-2 years old do not pay field tax and field service fees.
*Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and lasting at most 2-3 hours without museum or site entrance fees.
*Including other tours specified in the program, our Agency is not responsible for the failure to carry out such tours in cases where the tour cannot be carried out on the day and time it coincides with due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS AND FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and the flight ticket reservation number are shared by our agency. Since it is a group reservation, you can check in at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket.
*During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, passport and ID number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you cannot participate because you missed the flight or could not catch the plane due to your own reasons, our agency is not responsible for the losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 7 days in advance. There may be route changes depending on the city where the plane will land.
TRANSPORTATION AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*You are required to wear seat belts during the journey. For our passengers aged 0-4, it is mandatory to bring a "vehicle baby seat." If the rules are not followed, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or sanctions to be imposed.
*Even if the vehicle seat numbers provided in the countries to be visited are the same as purchased, their direction, place or location may differ. Seating is arranged according to the vehicle conditions of the current country.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless regardless of their model and age.
*Our buses generally have charging sockets; however, in some vehicles, interruptions may occur in these services due to equipment differences or regional coverage issues. We recommend that you carry a power bank so that you do not experience any inconvenience during the journey.
LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT AND ID LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, the Agency's official/guide must continue with the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency; therefore, they should know that they will act on their own responsibility regarding all arrangements related to passport procedures, return or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
TRAVEL HEALTH and CANCELLATION COVER
*The insurance arranged by our Agency for this trip covers you with the Professional Liability Insurance that the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies makes mandatory for agencies and the travel health coverage that will protect you in terms of travel health. Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Our guests over 65 are required to obtain insurance by paying a surcharge. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for each trip in order to be protected.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional cancellations; in case of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents and such negatives affecting first-degree relatives, reports to be obtained are submitted to the relevant insurance company for evaluation and are included within the cancellation coverage. These evaluations are made by the relevant Health and Insurance Company health institutions, and are outside the responsibility of our agency.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT and CANCELLATIONS
*In tours with flights, there is an unconditional right of cancellation up to 45 days before the tour departure date. In cancellations exceeding 45 days (30 days before the tour departure date), the remaining amount is refunded after deductions for the airline ticket and non-refundable operational expenses. There is no right to a refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour departure date.
*All guests are deemed to have purchased the tour by agreeing to comply with the conditions and rules specified separately under the headings above. It is an integral part of the Tour Registration contract.
