You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or damaged in a similar way, the mentioned passports should be renewed, especially passports extended with a stamp during the pandemic period must definitely be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer at the country entry and exit points to present a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
*Having a valid passport does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
CURRENCY
Kazakhstan uses Tenge (KZT), Kyrgyzstan's Som (KGS), and Uzbekistan's Som (UZS). Although credit card use is common in tourist areas, it is recommended to keep some local currency for small purchases. It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
During our tour, in the Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan we will visit, there is a +2 hour difference from Turkey time, and in Kyrgyzstan +3 hours. For example, when it is 12:00 in Turkey, it will be 14:00 in Almaty, Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand, and 15:00 in Bishkek.
FOOD CULTURE
Uzbek cuisine; shaped under the influence of Silk Road culture, stands out with its traditional flavors based mainly on meat and pastries. While rice, lamb, vegetables and spices form the basis of the cuisine, the dishes are generally filling and sharing-oriented. Plov (Pilaf), Manti, Lagman and Samsa, are among the best-known dishes of Uzbek cuisine.
Kazakh cuisine; It reflects the traces of nomadic Turkic culture and draws attention with its meat- and dairy-based structure. While horse and mutton have an important place in traditional cuisine, pastries and fermented dairy products are widely consumed. Beshbarmak, Kazy (horse sausage), Baursak and Kымыз, are among the main flavors representing Kazakh cuisine.
Kyrgyz cuisine, is especially famous for its handmade dumplings, Central Asia's famous noodle dish Lagman, and the country's traditional dish Beshbarmak and we recommend that you try it. In addition, dried fruits, honey and nuts are also very high quality and affordable.
ABOUT TRAIN TRAVEL
*During the intercity journeys we will make with Uzbekistan’s famous Afrosiyob high-speed train, departure times may change, and this situation is entirely under the control and decision of the local authorities and the National Railways administration. The local administration has the authority to impose restrictions regarding operations and timetables or the use of the train.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, the electrical outlets used there are generally compatible with those in Turkey. However, since different socket types may be encountered in some older facilities, it is recommended that you bring a socket converter (adapter) so that you can use your electronic devices without problems.

*There are shopping malls in city centers, small souvenir stalls, and opportunities to shop at traditional markets.

*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities or for different reasons are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out such excursions or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
*During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach bed type, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations.
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and who fall within the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts taken at hotels from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in.
*In case of possible disruptions or technical problems reported to us by the hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the hotel names provided that the category of the hotels remains the same.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
For Autumn and Winter Period:
We recommend choosing clothing that will allow you to move comfortably in the autumn and winter months while also keeping you warm. In case weather conditions may vary, layered clothing, a thin raincoat and an umbrella will be useful. We also recommend that you bring comfortable walking shoes, personal care products, a camera, a video camera, chargers for these devices, spare memory cards and portable chargers with you.
ABOUT AIR TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Flight times and air ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency before the tour date. Since it is a group reservation, even without your ticket, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport. Our check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and identity number as written in the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellations or changes of air tickets caused by incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you are late for the flight or fail to catch the plane due to your own reasons, our agency is not responsible for the losses that will occur due to payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field service fees.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*It is mandatory to wear your seat belt during the journey. For our passengers aged 0-4, it is mandatory to bring a “child car seat.” If the rules are not followed, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties to be applied.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected according to the rules and conditions of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Regardless of the model and age of the vehicles that pass inspection, they provide service if they are comfortable and flawless.
*Including the tours specified in the program, in cases where local authorities do not allow visits or entries on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads caused by any event or due to weather conditions, our Agency is not responsible for the failure to carry out the tours in question. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the reservation order. Even if the given seat numbers are the same in numbering, the direction, place or position may differ. Placement is made according to the vehicle conditions of the current country.

LOSS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT AND ID LOSS
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, the Agency official/guide must continue the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency; therefore, they should know that they will act under their own responsibility regarding all arrangements for passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour
HEALTH
*We do not think that you will encounter any health-threatening problems with meals taken in the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
*We strongly recommend that you obtain a report and invoice from the health units where you will receive treatment in case of health problems or injuries that may occur for reasons beyond your control. It will be beneficial for you if you need it in insurance-related procedures.
TRAVEL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION PROTECTION
*The insurance arranged by our Agency for the said trip covers the Professional Liability Insurance that the Turkish Travel Agencies Association makes mandatory for agencies and the Travel Health coverage that will protect you in terms of travel health. Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Our guests over 65 must obtain insurance by paying an additional premium. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to keep you protected.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional and unrestricted cancellations; in cases of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, and when a first-degree relative experiences such adverse situations, the reports to be obtained are submitted to the relevant insurance company and retained within the cancellation coverage after evaluation. These evaluations are made by the relevant Health and Insurance Company health institutions and are outside the scope of responsibility of our agency.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATIONS
*On tours with flights, there is an unconditional cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour departure date. In cancellations exceeding 30 days (25 days before the tour departure date), the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the non-refundable air ticket and operational expenses. In cancellations made less than 25 days before the tour departure date, there is no right to a refund. It shall be paid as compensation by the consumer.
