PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through our agency.
LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you take all your belongings with you. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*If your passport is lost or stolen, since the authorized representative/guide of our Agency must continue the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency, they must know that they will act on their own responsibility regarding all arrangements related to passport procedures, return travel, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour
CURRENCY
The currency used in European countries is Euro. It is recommended to carry small amounts of Euro with you.
TIME ZONE
Europe is 1 hour behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Europe.
CUISINE CULTURE
Italian cuisine leads the world's prominent flavors and offers an impressive taste with its delicious local menus. It is a cuisine you must experience for spaghetti, pizza, and meat varieties.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
The electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.
SHOPPING
There are shopping malls in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs where shopping is possible.

*All City and Cultural Tours written in the program are included in the price.
*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly stated in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
*The Agency reserves the right to change the tour route in cases deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or accessed by local authorities or for any reason due to different causes are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in.
*In case of possible disruptions or technical problems reported to us by hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the hotel names, provided that the category of the hotels remains the same.
CLOTHING and ESSENTIAL ITEMS
For the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that are easy to put on and take off, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a light sweater. In addition, we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers, spare memory cards, and chargers. For the autumn and winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm, an umbrella, and a light raincoat.

ABOUT AIR TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and air ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency. Since it is a group reservation, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket. Our agency performs the check-in procedures.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and ID number on the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation or change of air tickets caused by incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you cannot participate because you missed the flight or could not catch the plane for reasons related to your own circumstances, our agency is not responsible for the losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and charter flights, there may be a risk of delay or flight times may change before the current tour and flight. There may be route changes depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Our agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fee.
TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*You are required to wear seat belts during the journey. For our passengers aged 0-4, it is mandatory to bring a "vehicle baby seat." In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for traffic fines or sanctions that may be applied.
*Even if the vehicle seat numbers provided in the countries to be visited are the same as when purchased, their direction, location, or position may differ. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the country in question.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model and age.
*Our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours mentioned in the program on the day and time corresponding to the tour, including the tours specified in the program, in cases where visiting or entering is not permitted by local authorities, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the seat numbers given are the same in numbering, their direction, location, or position may differ. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the country in question.
HEALTH
We do not think you will encounter any health-threatening problems with meals taken in the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful about food and drink, definitely consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk and dairy products, eating meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eating fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapple.
We strongly recommend that you obtain reports and invoices from the health units where you receive treatment for health problems or injuries that may occur due to circumstances beyond your control. This will be useful if you need it in insurance-related procedures.
PAYMENT METHOD
*You can make your payments in cash, within the amount permitted by law, or by bank transfer through the banks clearly stated on our website, and if necessary, you can also pay with your Credit Card.
*Payments made during tour registration will be refunded in the same currency and amounts in the event of cancellation or refund.
TRAVEL HEALTH and CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
*The Insurance arranged by our Agency for the aforementioned trip covers the Professional Liability Insurance that the Turkish Travel Agencies Association makes mandatory for agencies and also provides coverage for your travel health. Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Guests over 65 are required to purchase insurance by paying an additional premium. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to ensure your protection.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional cancellations; in cases of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, and similar negative situations affecting first-degree relatives, cancellation coverage applies only after the relevant reports are submitted to the insurance company for evaluation. These evaluations are carried out by the relevant Health and Insurance Company’s medical institutions and are outside the scope of responsibility of our agency.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT and CANCELLATIONS
*For tours with flights, there is an unconditional cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour departure date. For cancellations exceeding 30 days (25 days before the tour departure date), the flight ticket and non-refundable operational expenses are deducted and the remaining amount is refunded. There is no refund right for cancellations made less than 25 days before the tour departure date. It is paid as compensation by the consumer.
*All guests are deemed to have purchased the tour by accepting the conditions and rules separately stated under the headings above. The Tour Registration Contract is an integral part of it.
