IMPORTANT NOTES
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
*The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances.
*Including other tours specified in the program, in cases where on the relevant day and time of the tour local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions, our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
ABOUT AIR TICKETS & FLIGHTS
*Flight times and the airline ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency before the tour date. Since this is a group reservation, you can check in at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket.
*At the time of registration, the name, date of birth, passport and ID number in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change fees for airline tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you miss the flight or cannot make it to the plane due to reasons related to your own circumstances, our agency is not responsible for losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines due to your inability to participate.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 7 days in advance. Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands.
TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*Seat belts must be fastened during the journey. For our passengers aged 0-4, it is mandatory to bring a “vehicle baby seat.” If the rules are not followed, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties that may be imposed.
*Even if the seat numbers provided in the vehicles for the countries to be visited are the same as purchased, their direction, location, or position may differ. Seating is arranged according to the vehicle conditions of the relevant country.
*All vehicles offered by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model or age.

Our Agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
