PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a participation requirement of at least 30 people . If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is possible. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
* As of 10 April 2026, under the European Entry/Exit System (EES) implemented in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by taking biometric data (fingerprint and facial recognition).
Due to this application, congestion, long waiting times, system delays, or failure to read biometric data may occur at airports and border gates.
These processes are entirely under the control of the border security units of the relevant country, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for any delays, waiting times, and resulting itinerary disruptions that may occur.
It is strongly recommended that our guests' passports be in physically suitable condition, that there are no circumstances that may prevent biometric data from being taken (cut, wound, excessive cream, etc.), and that they take sufficient time for border procedures into account.

HEALTH
Those who regularly use medication are advised to bring more medication with them than they need. Because not all kinds of medicine can be found in the country. In addition, if you have a serious health problem (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), it would be useful to carry a signed document from your doctor with you. We also recommend that you do not drink tap water and instead drink bottled water that you open yourself for the first time.

TOURS & OPTIONAL TOURS AND ACTIVITIES
*All City and Cultural Tours written in the program are included in the price.
*Optional tours and activities or boat trips, etc., are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not achieved, the trips cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.
*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities or for any other reason due to different causes are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such trips or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
*During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are folding beds or so-called coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations.
*Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are offered according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
*In case of possible inconveniences or technical issues reported to us by the hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the hotel names provided that the category of the hotels remains the same.
FOOD CULTURE:
The most well-known dish of Spanish cuisine, prepared with saffron rice, seafood or meat, is Paella (Seafood Rice Pilaf). As snacks, Tapas, Gazpacho (Cold Tomato Soup), Tortilla Española (Spanish Omelette)
CURRENCY
*The currency used in European countries is the Euro. It is recommended to have small amounts of Euro with you.
TIME ZONE
Europe is 2 hours behind Turkey in winter time. When it is 18:30 in Turkey, it is 16:30 in Europe.
SHOPPING:
There are shopping malls in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs. In addition, during the famous Las Rozas Outlet Village tour in Madrid, you can find famous brands at affordable prices.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
We recommend that you bring clothes that will keep you warm and allow you to move comfortably during the Autumn and Winter seasons, as well as an umbrella and a thin raincoat, a camera, video camera and their chargers, spare memory cards, and chargers.

*The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours conducted with commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entries.
*Including the other tours specified in the program, our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours in cases where, on the day and time corresponding to the tour, local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS & FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and airline ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency. Due to group reservation, you can check in at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and identity number on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for cancellations or changes of airline tickets arising from incorrect information are reflected to the guests.
*In cases where you fail to participate because you are late for the flight or could not catch the plane due to your own reasons, our agency is not responsible for losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 7 days in advance. Depending on the city where the plane will land, route changes may occur.
TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*You are required to fasten your seat belts during the journey. It is mandatory to bring a “car baby seat” for our passengers aged 0-4. In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for traffic fines or sanctions to be applied.
*Even if the seat numbers of the vehicles provided in the countries to be traveled are the same as purchased, their direction, place, or location may differ. Placement is made according to the vehicle conditions of the country in question.
*All vehicles offered by local transport service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Regardless of the models and ages of the vehicles that pass inspection, they provide service if they are comfortable and flawless.
*Our buses generally have charging sockets; some vehicles may have equipment differences. Therefore, we recommend that you bring a power bank with you.
LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT AND ID LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. If forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since our Agency official/guide must continue with the Tour Program as promised to the other traveling guests; they should know that they will act under their own responsibility in all organization related to passport procedures, return or participation in the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties and problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
TRAVEL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION PROTECTION:
*The insurance arranged by our Agency for this Trip is within the scope of the Professional Liability Insurance required by the Turkish Travel Agencies Association for agencies and the travel health coverage that will protect you. Travel health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Our guests over 65 are required to have insurance by paying an additional premium. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to keep you protected.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional cancellations, and in the event of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, and in the event of such adverse situations involving first-degree relatives, reports to be obtained will be submitted to the relevant insurance company and evaluated, and the cancellation will be covered accordingly. These evaluations are carried out by the relevant Health and Insurance Company health institutions, and are outside the scope of responsibility of our agency.
