SEMESTER PERIOD ACCOMMODATION HOTEL
Accommodation: 4* Mercure Orly Paris Rungis or similar (28-31 January 2027)
VISA and PASSPORT
Ordinary Passport ✅ Visa Required
Green Passport ❌ No Visa Required
Service Passport ❌ No Visa Required
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at country entry/exit points to present a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful in this regard.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
* As of 10 April 2026, under the European Entry/Exit System (EES) implemented in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by taking biometric data (fingerprint and facial recognition).
Due to this application, congestion, long waiting times, system delays, or inability to read biometric data may occur at airports and border gates.
These processes are entirely under the control of the relevant country’s border security units, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for any delays, waiting times, or resulting program disruptions that may occur.
It is strongly recommended that our guests’ passports be in physically suitable condition, that there be no issues that may prevent biometric data from being taken (cuts, wounds, heavy cream, etc.), and that sufficient time for border procedures be taken into account.
“This application is an international security procedure, and all guests who purchase the tour are deemed to have accepted this process.”
CURRENCY
*The currency used in European countries is the Euro. It is recommended that you carry small amounts of Euros with you.

*France is in the same time zone. Both countries use Central European Time (CET), and it is 1 hour behind Turkey.

*French cuisine; stands out with its varieties of cheese, buttery pastries, special sauces, and elegant presentations. During your Paris trip, we recommend tasting Croissant, Crêpe, onion soup, Quiche Lorraine, Macaron, and French pastries.
POWER OUTLETS
*The electrical outlets used in France are compatible with Turkey, and no additional adapter is needed.

*There are shopping opportunities in shopping centers located in city centers and from small stalls selling souvenirs.
TOURS & OPTIONAL TOURS and ACTIVITIES
*All City and Cultural Tours written in the program are included in the price.
*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are expressly specified in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.
*The Agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities or for different reasons are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
*The participation requirement for the Paris Disneyland Entertainment activity is at least 15 people and must be specified 30 days in advance at the time of registration. Since tickets need to be obtained in advance, it will not be possible to procure tickets later for guests who did not provide information.

*3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type.
