PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
*This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. The last date for cancellation notification is 20 days prior to the tour start date. If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participation, our agency will notify you through our agency.
VISA
Ordinary Passport ✅ Visa required
Green Passport ❌ Visa not required
Service Passport ❌ Visa not required
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and must not be older than 10 years.
In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency. To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports and, if the country applies visa requirements to Turkish citizens, ensure that the relevant visa is on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the traveler. For guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent (mother or father), there may be a request by the police officer responsible at the entry-exit points for a document showing joint parental consent; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 years of age and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
*As of April 10, 2026, within the framework of the European Entry/Exit System (EES) implemented in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprints and facial recognition).
Due to this application, congestion at airports and border crossings, long waiting times, systemic delays, or situations where biometric data cannot be read may occur.
These processes are entirely under the control of the relevant country's border security units, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for any delays, waiting times that may occur during this process, and any program disruptions resulting from them.
It is strongly recommended that guests' passports are physically in good condition, that there are no conditions (cuts, wounds, heavy creams, etc.) that could prevent biometric data collection, and that they consider sufficient time for border procedures.
"This application is an international security procedure, and all guests purchasing the tour are deemed to have accepted this process."
