You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and is not older than 10 years.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, especially passports extended with a stamp during the pandemic period must definitely be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at the country's entry/exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.
*Having a valid passport does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
CURRENCY
The currency used in Uzbekistan is the Uzbek Som (UZS). Cash usage is common in daily expenses; local currency is preferred especially in local markets and small businesses.
In Kazakhstan, the currency is the Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT). While credit card use is common in big cities, it is recommended to have local currency for small expenses.
It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
Uzbekistan is 2 hours ahead of Turkey (UTC+5). Kazakhstan is 3 hours ahead of Turkey (UTC+6), although the time zone varies by region.
FOOD CULTURE
Uzbek cuisine; shaped by the influence of Silk Road culture, stands out with its traditional flavors dominated by meat and pastries. Rice, lamb, vegetables, and spices form the basis of the cuisine; dishes are generally filling and centered on sharing. Plov (Pilaf), Manti, Lagman, and Samsa are among the best-known dishes of Uzbek cuisine.
Kazakh cuisine; reflects the traces of nomadic Turkic culture and draws attention with its meat- and dairy-based structure. Horse and sheep meat have an important place in traditional cuisine, while pastries and fermented dairy products are widely consumed. Beshbarmak, Kazy (horse sausage), Baursak and Kumis are among the main flavors representing Kazakh cuisine.
ABOUT THE TRAIN JOURNEY
*In the intermediate trips we will make by the famous Afrosiyob high-speed train of Uzbekistan, changes in departure times may occur, and this is entirely under the control and decision of the local authorities and the National Railways administration. The local administration has the authority to impose restrictions regarding operation and schedules or the use of the train.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
The electrical outlets used in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are generally compatible with Turkey. However, since different socket types may be encountered in some older facilities, it is recommended that you bring a socket converter (adapter) so you can use your electronic devices without any problems.
SHOPPING
Shopping is available at shopping malls in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs, as well as at Tashkent City Mall.

*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route, if deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities or for any reason due to different causes will not be carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
*During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd-person and/or child reservations.
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in.
*In the event of possible disruptions or technical problems reported to us by the hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the hotel names as long as the hotel category remains the same.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
For the Autumn and Winter Season:
We recommend choosing clothes that will allow you to move comfortably in autumn and winter while also keeping you warm. In case of possible variable weather conditions, layered clothing, a thin raincoat, and an umbrella will be useful. We also recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, personal care products, a camera, a video camera, chargers for these devices, spare memory cards, and portable chargers.
ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Flight times and airplane ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency before the tour date. Due to group reservations, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket. Our agency handles the check-in procedures.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and ID number on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change of airline tickets caused by incorrect information will result in the no-show fee being charged to the guests.
*In cases where you cannot join the tour because you missed the flight or, for your own reasons, could not catch the plane, our agency is not responsible for the damages that will occur due to payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*It is mandatory to wear your seat belts during the journey. It is mandatory to bring a “child car seat” for passengers aged 0-4. If the rules are not followed, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties that may be imposed.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan rules and conditions. Regardless of the model and age of the vehicles that pass inspection, they provide service if they are comfortable and flawless.
*Including the tours specified in the program, if local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the day and time of the tour, or if the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions, our agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible due to closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.
*During your travel, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the seat numbers given are the same in numbering, their direction, place or position may differ. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the current country.
LOSS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In the event that forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, the Agency official/guide must continue the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency; therefore, they should know that they will act on their own responsibility in all arrangements regarding passport procedures, return or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
HEALTH
*We do not think you will encounter any problems threatening your health in the meals to be taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
*We strongly recommend that you obtain a report and invoice from the health facilities where you receive treatment for health problems or injuries that may occur due to reasons beyond your control. It will be beneficial in case you need it for insurance-related procedures.
TRAVEL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
*The insurance arranged by our Agency for your travel in question is within the scope of the Professional Liability Insurance, which the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies makes mandatory for agencies, and the Travel Health insurance that will protect you in terms of health. The Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Our guests over 65 must take out their insurance by paying a surcharge. We recommend that you always have Travel and Health Insurance for your trips to ensure your protection.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional cancellations; in case of force majeure, non-chronic and suddenly developing illnesses, accidents, and in the event of such misfortunes affecting a first-degree relative, the reports to be obtained are submitted to the relevant insurance company and, as a result of the evaluation, these are included in the cancellation coverage. These evaluations are made by the relevant Health and Insurance Company and are outside the scope of responsibility of our agency.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATIONS
*For tours by plane, there is an unconditional right of cancellation until 30 days before the tour departure date. In cancellations over 30 days (25 days before the tour departure date), the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the airline ticket and non-refundable operational expenses. Cancellations made less than 25 days before the tour departure date are not eligible for a refund. It is paid as compensation by the consumer.
