Tour details

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

VISA

Regular Passport ✅ Visa required
Green Passport   ❌  Visa not required
Service Passport  ❌ Visa not required

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send you for the visa application. To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed and, if the relevant country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at entry/exit to show a document proving the joint consent of the parents, we recommend that our under-18 guests and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
* As of April 10, 2026, under the European Entry/Exit System (EES) implemented in European Union countries, passport control at border crossings is carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprint and facial recognition).
Due to this application, situations such as congestion at airports and border gates, long waiting times, system delays, or biometric data not being readable may occur.
These processes are entirely under the control of the relevant country’s border security units, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for possible delays, waiting times, and program disruptions that may arise as a result.
It is strongly recommended that our guests ensure their passports are in physically suitable condition, that there are no conditions that may prevent biometric data collection (cuts, wounds, heavy cream, etc.), and that they allow sufficient time for border procedures.
“This application is an international security procedure, and all guests who purchase the tour are deemed to have accepted this process.”

HEALTH

We do not think you will encounter any health-threatening problems with the meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits whose skins can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

Following our city tour, we are given free time at the Stuttgart Christmas Market, considered one of Europe’s oldest and most magnificent Christmas markets. With its brightly decorated squares, wooden stalls adorned with handmade figures, and streets filled with the scents of cinnamon and mulled wine, the Stuttgart Christmas Market offers one of Germany’s most enchanting winter fairy tales. Those who wish may shop at attractive prices, while others can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere by spending time in stylish cafés. After our shopping break, we head to Karlsruhe, one of Germany’s most orderly and interestingly planned cities. Founded in 1715 by Baden Duke Karl Wilhelm and designed in a fan shape with the palace at its center, Karlsruhe is known as the “Fan City.” Upon arrival, we begin our walking tour. During the tour, we see the Karlsruhe Palace, the city’s symbol, Pyramid Square located in the city center, and the historic old town. As we walk through Germany’s so-called legal capital with its orderly architecture and wide boulevards, our guide provides information about the city’s history and its importance in modern Germany. With its brightly decorated squares, colorful wooden huts, streets adorned with Christmas melodies and the scent of cinnamon, Karlsruhe turns into a winter fairytale during this season. Here, a very special surprise awaits us, setting it apart from other Christmas markets. We have the opportunity to watch the famous “Flying Santa Claus” show, which has become the symbol of the Karlsruhe Christmas Market and fascinates thousands of visitors every year. Santa Claus, together with his reindeer, glides through the sky above the square in this impressive display, creating unforgettable scenes especially in the evening when illuminated.
