Need to Know
  • Intermediation and Liability: Glob DMC acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Glob DMC cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Glob DMC is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the times notified by Glob DMC, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to participate in the tour shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
  • Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those specified due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2–3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices may vary according to the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Glob DMC is not responsible if these tours cannot take place when weather conditions make the tour impossible. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
  • Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extra in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Glob DMC reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of folding beds and beds known as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations including a third person and/or a child, any crowding in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Glob DMC guests are under the responsibility of Glob DMC. During peak periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required letters of consent with them during the trip.
  • Passport Validity Period: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

Tour Program
Naples

İZMİR – BERGAMO – GARDA – VENICE 

We meet at the international departures terminal of İzmir Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticket and boarding procedures, we take our private bus waiting for us at the airport following our Bergamo flight operated by Corendon Airlines as a special charter flight, and then depart for Lake Garda. After a short break at Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy, we depart for Venice at the time given by our guide. Upon arrival in Venice, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. 



Rome

VENICE – BOLOGNA – FLORENCE 

After breakfast, we depart for Venice. Upon arrival at Tronchetto Port, we take a short boat ride to St. Mark’s Square, followed by a panoramic city tour. At the end of St. Mark’s Square stands the magnificent St. Mark’s Basilica. This basilica is famous for its golden mosaics and Byzantine-style architecture. The famous Bridge of Sighs (Ponte dei Sospiri) is also located here and is where prisoners took their last look at the cityscape on their way to their cells. During our city tour, the Rialto Bridge, Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we depart for Bologna. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Bologna city tour. During our Bologna tour, the Fountain of Neptune, Piazza Maggiore (Main Square), the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe’s first university building, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli Towers are among the places to be seen. After our visit to Bologna, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.





Rome

FLORENCE – (PORTOFINO – PISA)

Following breakfast, we begin our Portofino-Pisa tour. Our first stop will be Portofino, one of the most popular and charming seaside towns on the Italian Riviera. This small yet exceptionally elegant coastal town, which welcomes famous artists, film stars and distinguished travelers from all over the world, resembles an open-air painting with its pastel-colored houses, charming harbor where elegant boats are moored, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Genoa. You can take a walk through its narrow streets, enjoy an espresso break at the chic cafés along the harbor, and capture with your camera this unique beauty that has remained unchanged for centuries.  Following Portofino, our route takes us to Pisa, one of the most iconic masterpieces of history and architecture. We will have the opportunity to see up close the Leaning Tower of Pisa, considered one of the seven wonders of the world and astonishing travelers for centuries, and take memorable photos with it. We will experience the magical atmosphere of this historic square with the impressive cathedral and baptistery of Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles), located right next to it and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After completing our tour, we will be transferred to our hotel, followed by free time to relax. 

Florence

FLORENCE – ROME

After breakfast, we begin our panoramic Florence city tour. Florence holds a unique importance in the world’s cultural heritage as the birthplace and development center of the Renaissance. The city witnessed great advances in art, science, and philosophy. Under the patronage of the Medici family, great artists and scientists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli, and Brunelleschi worked here. In Florence, which is virtually an open-air art gallery, the Arno River dividing the city in two, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, home to the statues of Hercules and David, among the masterpieces of the Renaissance, the Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo), which has Italy’s third-highest dome, and the Baptistery, famous for its door, are among the places to be seen. After our panoramic Florence city tour, we depart for Rome. Upon arrival in Rome, transfer to your hotel and free time to rest. 



Florence

ROME (ROME MONUMENTS TOUR)

After breakfast, depart for Rome. Once shining with endless splendor and shaped by the winds of history, Rome is a magical city that has hosted the grandeur of its emperors, the courage of gladiators, and the highest forms of art. On this tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, from the outside. Castel Sant'Angelo was originally built by Roman Emperor Hadrian as a mausoleum and was later converted into a fortress. During the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, it was used as a kind of prison and papal fortress. Another place we will see in Rome is the Colosseum, located in the heart of the city and carrying the spirit of ancient times. In this immense arena, brave gladiators and wild animals once engaged in epic battles accompanied by the cheers of the public. After viewing the Colosseum from the outside, as we approach the Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi), made famous by the film La Dolce Vita, the melody of the water echoes among the dazzling sculptures. The Roman Forum, the social, commercial, and religious center of the period, the Temple of Hadrian, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps, consisting of 135 steps and featuring the Barcaccia Fountain, are among the places to be seen. Afterwards, we depart for Vatican City’s famous St. Peter’s Square. Upon arrival, free time to visit the square. The obelisk in the center of the square and the columns surrounding it will impress you. As you walk around the square, you can see the Apostolic Palace and the famous window from which the Pope prays on Sundays. In the evening, return to our hotel in Rome and enjoy free time to relax.


Venice

ROME (NEMI – CASTEL GANDOLFO  OUTLET) – BOLOGNA

After breakfast, we begin our Lakes Region & Outlet – Castel Gandolfo/Nemi tour. Surrounded by an elegant castle rising toward the sky and resembling a fairy-tale land where the past whispers through its stone streets, Castel Gandolfo will enchant you with its peaceful atmosphere, where history and nature intertwine. Just a few steps from the town lies another natural wonder: Lake Nemi, reflecting the sky like a blue mirror, is almost like a gateway to a fairy-tale world with its tranquility and beauty. The Papal Palace, located in the heart of the town, is a symbol of fairy-tale beauty and historical grandeur. For centuries, popes have found peace and rest in this magical place. With its gardens and paths filled with colorful flowers, you will feel as though you are in a dream. Nemi is famous for its strawberry fields, where the fruit shines like red jewels. The annual Strawberry Festival is celebrated with colorful festivities. After visiting Nemi, free time in Italy's most famous outlet area. These outlet centers offer attractive shopping opportunities for both locals and tourists. After discovering Rome's historical and cultural riches, you can enjoy a pleasant break at these modern shopping centers, finding souvenirs for your loved ones and special items for yourself. After our tour, we depart for Bologna. Upon arrival in Bologna, transfer to your hotel and free time to rest. 


Milan

BOLOGNA – MILAN

After breakfast, we depart for Milan. Upon arrival in Milan, we begin our panoramic tour of the city. Milan is a dynamic city located in northern Italy, known as the center of fashion, design, and business. The Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano) is one of Milan's most iconic structures and an excellent example of Gothic architecture. This cathedral is the fifth largest church in the world and one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in Europe. The exterior facade of the cathedral is made of white marble and adorned with intricate carvings. The front facade features countless statues and carvings. The most striking statue is the golden Madonnina at the very top of the cathedral. This statue is considered the patron saint of the city. Right next to the Duomo is the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. This magnificent shopping gallery is famous for its glass ceiling and mosaic floors. Here you can find luxury brand stores, stylish cafes, and restaurants. The gallery has four main entrances, but the most famous one is from Piazza del Duomo. Upon entering from there, its eye-catching architecture immediately draws attention, representing a perfect blend of modern engineering and traditional art. After our tour, we transfer to the hotel. Free time to relax.





Izmir

MILAN – IZMIR

After breakfast, free time until the room check-out and transfer time. Meeting at the time specified by our guide and transfer to Bergamo Airport with our private bus. Departure for Izmir with Corendon Airlines, arrival in Izmir, and end of our tour...
