ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS *Before the tour date, flight times and ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency. Due to group reservation, you can complete your check-in procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket. *During registration, the name, date of birth, passport, and ID number on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will result in the no-show fee being charged to guests. *In cases where you cannot participate because you missed the flight or could not reach the plane due to your own reasons, our agency is not responsible for the losses that will arise from payments made to hotels and airlines. *Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. If the rules are not followed, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties that may be imposed. *Even if the seat numbers of the vehicles provided in the countries to be traveled to are the same as purchased, their direction, place, or position may differ. Seating is arranged according to the vehicle conditions of the country in question. *All vehicles offered by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Regardless of the model and age of the vehicles that pass inspection, they provide service if they are comfortable and flawless. LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES *When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item. *In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since our agency representative/guide must continue the tour program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency; they must know that they will act on their own responsibility for all arrangements related to passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard. *The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. TRAVEL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION GUARANTEE *The insurance arranged by our Agency for your travel in question covers the Professional Liability Insurance required by the Turkish Association of Travel Agencies for agencies and the Travel Health coverage that will secure you in terms of travel health. Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Our guests over the age of 65 need to obtain insurance by paying an additional premium. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for all your trips to keep you protected. *However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional cancellations; in the event of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, and if a first-degree relative has such adverse conditions, the reports obtained must be submitted to the relevant insurance company and are subject to evaluation, after which they are considered within the scope of cancellation coverage. It is paid as compensation by the consumer. ## Tour Program ### Izmir - Paris In the morning, we meet at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal, complete our passport and baggage procedures, and depart on our nonstop flight with SunExpress Airlines to Paris. Upon arrival, we meet our vehicle and begin exploring the city. We start with the Pantheon Church, located in the square right in front of Sorbonne University and originally in Rome, where the tombs of world-famous scientists and artists are located (J.J. Rousseau, Madame Curie, Voltaire, etc.). We continue our tour by seeing Luxembourg Palace, Napoleon’s Tomb (Les Invalides), Opera Square, Alexander Bridge, Saint Michel District, the American Church, the National Assembly, the Orsay Museum, Trocadéro Square, and the Arc de Triomphe, after which we have free time on the Champs-Élysées as directed by our guide.
